Delivery Timeframe: We make every effort to deliver your ordered products within seven (7) to ten (10) working days from the date of booking, provided that payment is successfully realized and the products are available. Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delivery delays. Rest assured, we will take all necessary steps to meet the delivery timelines.
Multiple Product Orders: If you place an order for multiple products in a single transaction, we will endeavour to ship them together. However, there may be instances where this is not feasible due to product characteristics or logistical constraints. In such cases, all products will be shipped to a single address specified by you. If you require delivery to different addresses, please make separate orders for each address.
Check Serviceability: You can verify if your shipping address is serviceable within India by selecting a product and adding it to your cart. We will validate your shipping address pin code against our database. If it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will request an alternate shipping address that is supported by our partners.
International Orders: For international orders, customs and taxes will be applicable based on the rules and regulations of the buyer's country. Please familiarize yourself with the customs policies of your country to ensure a smooth delivery process.
